Three Way Battle

Top marks and shared success.
The annual Three Way Battle took place on Monday 11th March. This is a friendly competition between Ivybridge, Liskeard and Saltash camera clubs. Hosted each year by Saltash and this year judged by Brian Northmore. The competition is split into two rounds, printed and projected (dpi). Every club submits 8 images in each section.

This year, Liskeard came out on top after the print round, beating Ivybridge by only two points. Three images gained 19 points, the highest score in this section. Ivybridge had two - Alan Davey's "Close Racing" and Ian Clements' "Flooded Quarry" - and Saltash took the third. with "Tunnel Vision".

In the projected round, Ivybridge came top with Ian gaining the maximum 20 points with his "In the Mood" portrait. This was closly followed by Dave Rayner's "Dancing in the Dark" (19pts).

The final score came out with both Ivybridge and Liskeard sharing the honours and Ian gaining the only 20 point score of the evening.
