Two ‘Studios’
were arranged, one at each end of our
club hall at Bittaford and members’
cameras were fitted up with wireless links
to the lighting equipment.
Various lighting
conditions were tried out with members
holding items such as reflectors and even
asking for ‘barn doors’ and
‘snoots’ to be simulated.
For each studio,
members were given starting values for
ISO and aperture that were known to work,
although several members adapted these
settings and made images at varying apertures
and focus distances.
